A selected cultivar of American hophornbeam prized for its reliable golden-yellow fall color and neat, pyramidal-to-rounded form. The attractive hop-like seed clusters dangle from the branches in summer and add unique textural interest. Its handsome, finely furrowed bark and moderate stature make it an elegant choice for smaller landscapes. Reaches approximately 30–40' tall and 20–25' wide at maturity.
