About
Turkish Filbert is a stately, pyramidal tree with a remarkably clean habit and attractive corky, flaky bark that adds winter interest. It produces small edible nuts enclosed in fringed husks, and its dense canopy provides excellent summer shade. Reaches 40–50' tall and 20–30' wide at maturity.
