The Yoshino Cherry is the iconic flowering cherry of Washington, D.C.'s Tidal Basin, blanketing itself in clouds of soft white to pale pink blossoms in early spring. Its graceful, spreading form and smooth, glossy bark provide year-round appeal even after the petals fall. Reaches 25–35' tall and 25–35' wide at maturity.
